We bring knowledge from an array of diverse projects including refugee support infrastructure, an underground busway, an underground MRT, award winning architect-designed residences, land subdivisions, high quality beachside apartments, a runway for a major airport, an Australian Embassy, materials-handling structures for a gold mine, Dublin office buildings, and a bridge that was built without touching the ground.

Phil oversees business development. He’s also one of the company’s civil engineers and provides civil design and advice, contract administration and supervision, and runs a variety of civil jobs. Phil has extensive experience and expertise in the design and delivery of Subdivision Projects and is highly knowledgeable with the requirements of Local Authorities and Main Roads (QLD).
Selected accomplishments: Project Director – "Noosa on the Park" Subdivision (51 lots). Responsible for earthworks, roadworks, stormwater drainage, sewerage reticulation, water supply reticulation.
Experience: Phil completed his Bachelor of Engineering in 1975, when he commenced his career as a Civil Engineer.

Doug handles finance, business development and staff management. Also one of our civil engineers, he manages various civil jobs, provides civil design and advice, and contract administration and supervision. Doug has excelled in Project Management, Local Government and Construction. Lately, he has been implementing his Project Management knowledge to assist Local Government with the delivery of their public infrastructure projects, including bridges and cycleways.
Selected accomplishments: Senior Construction Engineer/Construction Manager for new airport at Chek Lap Kok - Hong Kong; Manager – Works Operations, for Noosa Shire Council.
Experience: Doug completed his Bachelor of Engineering degree in 1986, when he commenced his career as a Civil Engineer.

Stefan conducts business development. He’s also one of the company’s structural engineers, providing structural design and advice, structural inspections and condition reports. Stefan offers significant experience and an impressive track record in the structural design of resort and residential apartments and schools.
Selected accomplishments: Project Director for Structural Design, Documentation and Site Inspections of the Viridian Apartments (Stage 3), Noosa (estimated construction value - $100 Million).
Experience: Stefan completed his Bachelor of Engineering degree in 1972, when he commenced his career as a Structural Engineer.

Chris is responsible for human resources, business development and technology services. Another of our structural engineers, he provides structural design and advice, structural inspections and condition reports. Chris draws upon extensive experience in the structural design of Public Transport, Transport and Mining Projects. Recently, he has developed company expertise in Public Infrastructure Projects including bridges, cycleways, boardwalks and railway stations.
Selected accomplishments: Senior Engineer (Area 10 – Albert Street Tunnel) and Lead Structural Engineer (Area 30 – Roma Street Station) for Inner Northern Busway Project (Queen Street to Upper Roma Street), Brisbane.
Experience: Chris completed his Bachelor of Engineering degree in 1993, when he commenced his career as a Structural Engineer.

Barry is responsible for business development. He’s also one of the company’s structural engineers, providing structural design and advice, structural inspections and condition reports. Barry offers extensive experience in the structural design of large-scale civil infrastructure, road bridges, resort and residential apartments including high-rise buildings, schools and numerous other projects.
Selected accomplishments: Project Engineer (Design) – Taipei underground MRT, 2km of underground MRT works comprising 2 underground stations, entrances and vent-shafts; 600m of twin bored tunnel and cross passages.
Experience: Barry completed his Bachelor of Engineering degree in 1975, when he commenced his career as a Structural Engineer.

Loretta has worked in the construction industry for 6 years as administration assistant excelling in Word, Excel, MYOB and experience in Autocad.
