Tod consulting were the structural and civil engineers for this $4.5M car showroom and maintenance facility. The structural design was complex with the brief incorporating retention and utilisation of the existing timber framed former Bunnings warehouse, whilst providing new structure to strengthen, increase the floor area and create façade frames and towers for the brand signage of Mazda and Hyundai. the Civil engineering design of external pavements, including water and sewer mains, storm-water, erosion & sediment plan plus review of existing services and design of required upgrade and all supporting documentation to Council.
